Who I am

I'm a service designer at heart. I came to AI from the human side, not the tech side. I started with how someone's morning should actually feel and worked backwards toward the system that supports it.

Before The Four Languages, I did innovation consulting, service design, and transformational coaching. I built personalized AI systems for coaches, lawyers, nonprofits, and mission-driven companies who needed their expertise to scale without losing the thing that made it theirs. I created the Chipp Academy and ran the Gold Partners program, training people to use AI with intention.

I founded The Four Languages in 2023. It started as a coaching framework. Soul, Mind, Heart, Body. Four dimensions of being human, all of them needed, none of them optional. Then I noticed I was using the same lens to design the business, and the same again to design the system that ran the business, and at some point the framework, the business, and the system stopped being separate things.

I don't care much about the label you give yourself. Coach, consultant, founder, freelancer, multi-everything. I care about who you are, how you work, what you actually want your days to look like.

Finnish 🇫🇮. Location-independent since 2018 across Europe and Latin America. Currently in Brazil.

How The Four Languages began

It was born during a circular argument that wasn't moving forward. At some point I realized we weren't actually disagreeing. We were just speaking different languages.

Soul, Mind, Heart, Body. Four dimensions of being human, all of them needed, none of them optional. That's the lens I founded the company on in 2023, and the lens I now design everything through.

What I'm building right now

The Four Languages Root System. A fully owned AI system that knows your voice, your methodology, your clients, your rhythm. Yours, not rented. Built once, and then it just runs in the background of your week.

Everything I learned building AI for other people went into the version a solopreneur can actually plant her own work into. The framework is the lens. The root system is what runs underneath the business so you can stop holding 47 tabs open in your head.

The same four languages I teach are the ones running underneath my own week, my own work, my own life.

My root system

The one I actually use. It runs the course, the sprints, the newsletter, the CRM, the dashboards. It knows my voice, my clients, my rhythm. It's also the thing I'm selling, which means if it ever stopped working for me, that would be a problem (it hasn't).

Mind

Selling through real conversation

I don't run funnels. I have conversations with people I'd actually want to work with, and the offer shows up when it fits. Every aligned client I have came through a real relationship, not a checkout flow. That's also what I teach.

Heart

Planning with my cycle, not against it

My week looks different depending on the phase I'm in. Big demos and harder work when my energy is high, planning and slower work when it isn't. I stopped pretending Tuesday-me is the same person every Tuesday, and my output (and my mood) got noticeably better.

Body

Soul before everything else

Tarot before email, a walk before the laptop. It's the order I actually need things in or the day starts wobbly. (Coming from a 🇫🇮 mind-first culture, this took me a long time to admit out loud.)

Innovation consulting, service design, transformational coaching, then AI. Custom systems for coaches, lawyers, nonprofits, mission-driven founders. The whole point of the root system was to keep the things that worked and quietly let go of everything else.

What's next

Summer School this year (June, July, August). Last round at launch pricing. Part 3 of the course runs for the first time in August, and I'm slowly making my way back to Europe later this year.

Mostly though, I'm doing the same thing I've been doing for a while: building the root system, working with the people inside it, and trying very hard not to add anything that doesn't earn its way in.
