As I sit in my hammock staring at this empty doc (with my puppy poking me for attention) I feel a kind of relief. An internal pause that hasn't been present in my days, or work for quite some time.

Susi needs to be a part of it all. Even if it means hanging in the hammock.

The past two years I've been spending most of my days working with AI, and I haven't quite found the words to describe the bipolar feeling of living between the AI-bro bubble, and the people who see it as the next step towards our collective doom.

I am grateful to be a witness to both conversations, but I can't help feeling like we're missing the point. Where is the conversation about the future, and our quality of life with an intentional, and thoughtful use of AI (where applicable).

Same goals, new approach

When the four languages was born, we were focusing on weekly experiments to embrace new ways of life. To make sure all four (mind, heart, body and soul) have a dedicated space in our daily lives.

To this day, I still haven't met a single person who has all four in perfect balance. But I have met people who have all four thriving in harmony.

Some of my closest friends are dominated by the soul and body (yoga teachers and healers), others are creators (entrepreneurs, coaches and artists). The goal isn't to abandon your natural curiosity or path, but to rather make sure you're embracing all of yourself in one way or another.

That your endless passion doesn't turn to disembodied workaholism, or meditation practice into an escape from the world's challenges.

Many of us spend most of our lives living through the screen, and for the first time ever, what stares back at us is in our hands to design. Never in my life have I experienced a level of freedom that comes with being able to custom build solutions to my exact needs, and this is also what my community is now experiencing.

Not needing to convince anyone else of their value or spend a year's salary on building a custom solution. Building your tailored yoga practice tracking where every week has a different plan based on your energy and cycle.

Today you can grab a $20 subscription, and build your own universe of frameworks and tools to help you live the life you want in the way that fits your needs.

My invitation to you

This won't be an AI newsletter, but as my core focus on life and work has become helping people build their own, personalized, and fully tailored AI systems with the four languages as the core foundation, this newsletter will surely touch on the topic in the future.

I understand if that makes you go blah, and you feel like it's time to unsubscribe.

Or this might be a way to challenge yourself. You will most likely not find many other AI-adjacent newsletters with the core purpose being leading a better life way outside of the screen.

I hope this newsletter becomes a bridge between the real, deep questions we should all be asking ourselves in this day and time and the technologies that will shape our shared future.

My deepest wish is to create a space for a conversation where we can all dip into the shades of grey between pure doom and critiqueless hype.

If you wish to join me for the journey I would love to hear from you.
