Like (I suspect) many of you, I come from a very rational culture (đŸ‡«đŸ‡ź). In mind-driven cultures like Finland, you’re really not supposed to discuss or argue with anything but the rational mind. The only accepted argument is one you can prove with numbers or other “rational” sources. đŸ’â€â™€ïž

I used to think this too. Because I saw myself as a rational person, I struggled with the expectation that I had to explain all my decisions with “rational” arguments that made sense to others.

The only decisions I’ve never questioned were the ones that came from deep intuitive knowing, not rational reasons. But due to the pressure of being taken seriously, I always translated them to the language of the mind.

Only recently have I become comfortable communicating without feeling the need to give rational explanations for things that truly came from deep inner knowing.

This past rational identity also led me to look at soul practices like tarot as silly. That was until 2023, when a friend invited me to a feminine energy retreat she was facilitating. Every single part of the title gave my rational self the chills. Feminine ugh, energy nooooope, retreat? No way José.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned about growth, it’s that when your initial reaction is NO WAY, the next step is actually YES... đŸ€

So I joined the retreat and decided to go in with an open mind. After all, it couldn’t hurt to try something different. I didn’t become a tarot enthusiast right away, but opening myself to new ways of experiencing the world stuck with me. A few months later, I bought my first deck of tarot cards and slowly got used to the idea of exploring life with them.

These days, I do tarot readings daily. I’ve used a range of websites and courses, intuitive practice, and most frequently Tarot Reimagined. 🔼

Tarot has helped me work with my internalized prejudice toward “woo-woo” soul practices, and has strengthened my intuition and spiritual connection overall.

As with everything in my life, my tarot practice is action-oriented. It’s not just about going deep within and leaving it there, but about turning those insights into action.

That’s why, even after learning to read the cards myself, I still love using Tarot Reimagined as part of my daily tarot routine. The AI is trained not only to help interpret the cards (and their connections), but also to offer reflective questions and daily actions to turn those insights into a healthier, more aligned life. đŸŒ±

It offers me the space to connect and experience the journey of the cards, while guiding me towards concrete action in the process.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to give tarot a go, or if you had a “no way JosĂ©â€ reaction to the mention of tarot, this might be your sign to give it a try.

All you need is your own tarot cards and an open mind, and you’re ready to go. Tarot Reimagined is completely free and anonymous. If you find yourself using it frequently, you can even add it to your home screen for the best experience.

When did you last do something where your initial reaction was “NO WAY”? And how did it impact your life when you chose to say yes instead?
