How do I change my email address?
Email hello@yourbrand.com with the new address. We update it manually for security.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Membership, scroll to the bottom, click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my password.
Go to Reset password and enter your email. You will get a reset link.
I did not receive my confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If still nothing after 5 minutes, email hello@yourbrand.com.
How do I download my data?
Email hello@yourbrand.com with a data export request. We respond within 30 days under GDPR.
