Before you start
This is the module that lets you step back. Everything you have built runs on files and a database you already own, so bringing in help is really a matter of deciding what each seat sees and what stays yours. You set up a folder with its own rules for a second person, spin off a named agent for the repeatable checking work, use a shared online copy of your system so you can work without stepping on each other, and give access that matches trust, all without handing over your keys. One line runs through the whole module: agents are AI automation, every other seat here is a human, and the two get different work.
Two things to have ready. Lesson 3 uses a free GitHub account and the free GitHub Desktop app; Guide 101 in the pack walks the install, so you only need to know it is coming. And the handover test in Lesson 6 works best with a real person to hand something to, even for one small task. The lessons themselves are short reads, the setups inside them take minutes each, and the biggest one-time setup (the Client Garden in Lesson 7) is thirty minutes, once.
One honest line to hold onto: a system that runs while you live is real, and it is not magic: it runs because the rules are written down, the access is set correctly, and you have actually tested the handover, not because anything watches your business on its own. The last lesson is that test.
π After this module
Your system can hold a second person safely, and it can run a Monday morning without you. You have a scoped helper, access that matches trust, a keeper for the human details, and a handover you have actually tested.
What you'll do in this module
- The scoped second seat, a helper folder that shows only what they need
- The AI seat, a reviewer with fresh eyes, before anything runs without you
- Collaborate through GitHub, the full loop: pull, push, and your review
- Access that matches trust, the right access, never your keys
- Celebrations Keeper, the human details, remembered
- The handover test, can a helper run Monday without you
- Give a client a home, a portal your clients log into, proposal to handover
What you'll leave with
- A helper folder with its own rules, your keys and private business kept out
- A named agent in your system, read-only by design, reviewing changes against your rules
- A shared online copy so two people can work in one system, and a backup of it all
- Access set by your database, matched to what each person's job needs
- A dashboard view you can share without sharing your master keys
- A Celebrations Keeper for the personal moments as you grow
- A Monday-morning handover you have written down and actually tested
- A branded Client Garden: one home per client, from proposal to handover, on your own Supabase
Why this matters
The promise of the whole product was a business that runs while you live. This module is where that stops being a phrase. A helper who can see the right things and nothing else. A shared copy so two people can work in one system. A handover you have tested, so you can take a week off and trust that Monday morning still happens. This is Heart work as much as Mind work: the point of building all of this was never the system, it was the life around it.

When you finish the whole course, the story of what you built belongs to you, and telling it helps the next person decide to start. Five questions, and your answers come back as your story, yours to approve or edit. Record it as a short video too and you get a free 60-minute call with Maaria. π±
