Sprint Showcase · May 26, 2026

Five Entrepreneurs. Five AI Root Systems.

Five women showed up for six weeks. None of them is an engineer. This is what they built into their businesses, and the conversation we had after.

Maren
Maren

What did Maren build?

Maren is a life coach and a CrossFit coach. She'd wanted a website for two years. The CRM was in one place, the newsletter in another. Then she had a baby seven weeks before this call and built her whole system around her pregnancy and her newborn.

What she shipped

  • Her website at marenboeffel.com, with the brand she'd been carrying in her head for two years
  • A secret podcast landing page, launched quietly while she was on leave
  • A newsletter that already knows her colors, so each send takes minutes
  • A business dashboard with her CRM, content vault, and ideas in one place
  • A dream-analysis framework, and training plans tuned to her CrossFit coaching and her postpartum body
Built within 2 minutes, in a cafe while my baby was in the stroller.
AI gave me the masculine structure I was missing for a long time, so I can pour the feminine energy in.

Jasz
Jasz

What did Jasz build?

Jasz has spent her career inside HubSpot, building for everyone else's businesses. This sprint, she built for herself again, and remembered how much she loves it. She went rogue. I watched her go from never having opened a terminal to upgrading to Claude Max within a month because she had too many ideas at once.

What she shipped

  • A daily dashboard with her calendar, journal prompts, revenue tracker, and sales pipeline
  • A workout tracker that adapts to her cycle and syncs with her Orange Theory bookings
  • A sales page for her new course at course.jaszrae.com
  • A gated course platform with login, modules, and progress
  • An AI homework tool inside the course that walks each student through their actual revenue numbers
I trained my Claude to push back. It says, you have 6 calls and a to-do list a mile long. Should we be building that today?
It lets you spend your time doing the things only humans can do. The user experience, the teaching. Not the nitty-gritty of building.

Chantal
Chantal

What did Chantal build?

Chantal is a launch strategist for female founders, currently based in Bali. She came in juggling Notion, Trello, and TikTok because none of them quite did what she needed. She left with one place for all of it, tuned to her actual rhythm.

What she shipped

  • A dashboard with daily astrology, weekly podcast picks, and her Formula 1 calendar
  • A CRM mapped to how her launches actually work
  • A content calendar with an ideas vault she can write into mid-thought
  • A task board with time tracking against each client, built two days before the showcase
  • A GDPR-compliant quiz lead magnet with personalized results, ported from Lovable into Claude Code in an afternoon
You decide on one tool and stick with it. If a functionality is missing, that's super annoying. Here, you just say: can you adjust it?
I was always missing some functionality somewhere. Customizing on the go has been the biggest game changer.

Lavinia
Lavinia

What did Lavinia build?

Lavinia runs Livit Hub Bali, Remote Skills Academy, and Livit International. She's an investor, a mother, and is currently halfway through Stanford's exec program. She asked for one thing from this sprint: amplify intention.

What she shipped

  • A new personal website, migrated from her old Squarespace in two hours
  • A voice guide built from her own Substack (with Firecrawl), so Claude writes the way she actually writes
  • A cognitive AI use assessment, 10 questions, cloned 44 times on GitHub already
  • A 20-slide MAD framework deck for Stanford, filled in from her real financial statements (95% accurate on the first pass)
AI amplifies intention. Whatever your mastery already is, it amplifies it in ways that weren't possible before.
It's like learning a new language. You don't know the word, you go in and figure it out. That's it.

Emily
Emily

What did Emily build?

Emily has spent the last six years in marketing. Next week she's launching her own thing. She came in curious, with no plan to build anything specific. She left building in five directions, and kept showing up. That's the part that mattered.

What she shipped

  • A puzzle teaser at emilytoddmckee.com/launch (drag the pieces, drop your email, no Flowdesk or Kit)
  • A launch pad that keeps her honest about her own strategy
  • The first pages of her new website
  • A personal dashboard for tracking her work alongside her human design and astrology
  • A client audit document that used to take hours in Canva
You completely prove yourself wrong. You prove everyone wrong.
Although it looks complex, it probably didn't take me long at all. Maybe an hour, max.

Q
Q&A

The closing Q&A.

Every substantive question from the room, in the order it came up. Each one links back to the moment in the full session.

Question 01

What do you actually pay for?

Claude Pro (or Max if you go heavy) and hosting. That's the whole stack. Hosting is Hostinger, Simply, or whatever you already use, usually under $5 a month. Canva and ConvertKit appear on free tiers if at all. No Kajabi, no Notion-as-a-database, no SaaS subscription pile. You skip the SaaS layer and connect directly to the source.

Question 02

Pro plan or Max?

Most of the room is on Pro. Maren, Chantal, Lavinia all built everything on Pro. Jasz upgraded to Max mid-sprint because she was building four things at once from scratch. The pattern: building original templates burns tokens, adapting them inside your daily work doesn't. Pro carries you a long way once the templates are in.

Question 03

Was the sprint built around each person's specific business?

The templates and the curriculum are shared. What each person ships is theirs. The overlap is structural (everyone needs a CRM, a dashboard, content infrastructure), the output is specific. The starter kit handles the plumbing so you can adapt without starting from scratch.

Question 04

How long does it actually take to build a course?

Jasz's answer: the system already knew her business from earlier internal builds, so the course time went almost entirely into the things only she could do (the teaching, the strategy, the user experience). Claude drafted the pages, she edited. Not the other way around. "There was not a lot of editing that needed to happen, which was nice."

Question 05

Does the course need to be hosted on Kajabi or a platform like it?

No. The course lives in the same place as the website. Logins, member gates, progress bars, AI features, all built. Cuts a Kajabi subscription out completely, which is at least $1,000 a year. The hosting bill stays the same as the website's.

Question 06

Is the content calendar posting automatically?

Not by default. Maren uses hers to plan and visualize. If you want auto-posting, the integration is called Postiz, and it's a separate build inside the same system. Once installed it replaces Buffer or any other scheduler, and works across every platform. The point: you can ship the visual planner now and add publishing later, you don't have to do everything at once.

Question 07

Is there anyone who shouldn't use Claude Code?

Emily: Everyone can benefit. But some tasks need the human element, and figuring out which ones is part of the work.

Lavinia: It's a question of degree, not eligibility. The people who get the most out of it are willing to put the thinking and the context in up front. If you don't want to build anything at all, Claude.ai may be enough. The ROI scales with the intention.

Question 08

How do you safely connect Gmail, Stripe, and the rest?

The Stripe MCP is intentionally limited, so most of the work runs through webhooks instead. Connect one platform at a time, understand what it touches, then move on. The certifications you trust at the SaaS layer (Stripe, Gmail, Supabase) are the same ones you connect to directly. You're not adding risk, you're removing a middleman.

Question 09

What's been your biggest mindset shift?

Jasz: More ideas, because the cost of trying one is low. And the system pushes back. "It'll say, you have 6 calls and a to-do list a mile long. Should we be building that today?"

Lavinia: Not waiting to know how to do something. "It's like learning a new language. You don't know the word, you go in and figure it out."

Emily: Confidence. "I used to think it was far too difficult for someone without a tech background. You completely prove yourself wrong."

Chantal: Adjusting the functionality in the moment. Not being stuck with one tool's limits.

Maren: Turning ideas into things. "If I'm stuck, I take a screenshot, drop it in the terminal, and ask what to do next. Anyone can do that, no matter your age."
