AI and your words

Several tools on this site ask you to write something honest about your work and your life, and then an AI reads it and writes you something back. This page says exactly what happens to those words: which model reads them, which company they pass through, what is kept afterwards, and what is never done with them. The site is run by Innovation Distributed OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Estonia (registry code 16434657).
1. Which tools use AI, and what you type into them
Four things on this site send what you write to an AI model. Here is each one, what it asks for, and what stays behind afterwards.

The Root Scan inside the course also takes voice. When you tap the microphone, the audio goes to AssemblyAI to become text. The audio is not stored, only the text.
It is the one tool here that stores everything you said, not just a summary, because the follow-up emails and any coaching conversation are built from it. If you would rather it were gone, ask, and the conversation is deleted within 30 days.
2. Which AI companies see what

Everything that is stored lives in our own database in Frankfurt, Germany, on Supabase. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.
3. What never happens to your words
- Your words are never sold, and never shared with marketers or data brokers
- Your words are never used to target advertising at you
- Your readings and conversations are never published, quoted, or shown to anyone else
- Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train models on what you write here
4. The AI writes a reading, not a verdict
The quiz, the 10-hour week, and the Life Scan all produce a reading generated by a language model from what you told it. It is a mirror held up to your own words, and it can be wrong. Nothing it says is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no decision about you is made automatically on the strength of it. You decide what to do with it.
5. Changing your mind
Every email from these tools carries a link to your email preferences, where you can stop one sequence or all of them. Stopping the emails does not delete what is stored. To have that removed, ask, and it is deleted within 30 days, apart from the consent record that GDPR requires us to keep.
