Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thefourlanguages.com and all digital products and services offered by Innovation Distributed OU ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Estonia (registry code 16434657).
By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products and Services
We offer digital educational products and services at the following tiers:
| Tier | What You Get | Price |
|---|---|---|
| DIY Course | The whole system, all three parts (12 modules): the full self-paced course, framework teachings, template kit, and self-hosting guide, as a downloadable kit you own and keep. Lifetime access to the course; build at your own pace. No live sessions or library (those are Membership). | EUR 450 (one-time) |
| The Four Languages Membership | Monthly membership with full course and template kit, ongoing template-kit updates, every co-build session included (about eight a month, across Wednesdays and Thursdays), a growing library of builds, and Discord community access. If the membership ends, the member keeps the files they have already downloaded; course access, the co-build sessions, and the library end with the membership | EUR 150/month |
All prices are in EUR. Prices may change. Any price change applies only to new purchases, not existing customers. If you purchased at an earlier price, you keep that price permanently.
2. Account and Access
When you purchase a product:
- We create an account for you using the email address you provided at checkout
- You receive a "Set Your Password" email to activate your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person. Do not share your login with others.
Lifetime access (for one-time purchases) means access for as long as we operate the course platform at thefourlanguages.com. If we ever discontinue the platform, we will provide at least 90 days notice and ensure you can download your materials.
3. What You Can and Cannot Do
You CAN:
- Access and use the course content for your own personal and professional development
- Build your own system using the templates and frameworks provided
- Use what you learn to improve your own business, coaching practice, or personal life
- Share your experience with the methodology (reviews, testimonials, social posts about YOUR journey)
You CANNOT:
- Share, redistribute, or resell the course content, videos, templates, or kit
- Use the materials to create a competing course, product, or service that teaches the Four Languages methodology
- Share your account credentials with others
- Claim the Four Languages methodology, framework, or "Root File" system as your own creation
- Copy the course structure or materials to teach others (you learn it for YOUR system, not to resell)
To be clear: The course teaches you to build YOUR OWN personalized system. It does not grant you a license to teach, resell, or redistribute the methodology itself.
4. Root System Template Kit
If your purchase includes kit access:
- You receive a downloadable kit containing starter files, architecture examples, and configuration templates
- This is a TEMPLATE. It does not contain any personal data, client data, or proprietary configurations.
- You may modify and customize the templates for your own use
- You may NOT redistribute the kit or share it publicly
- The template kit is provided "as-is" at the time of purchase. Ongoing updates available to active Membership subscribers.
5. Sessions and Services (Membership)
For The Four Languages Membership:
- Includes every live co-build session, about eight a month, run twice a week: Wednesdays for your life, Thursdays for your business. Come to as many as you like.
- Course access starts with Part 1, with the live builds of each part released month by month. Over three months you download the whole system as zips, which are yours to keep for good, even if you later cancel. Prefer lifetime access to the full course instead of the live sessions? That is the DIY course.
- Includes a growing library of builds, ongoing template-kit updates, and Discord community access while your subscription is active
- Available as a monthly subscription (EUR 150/month)
- You may cancel anytime. You keep every zip and file you have already downloaded. Your course access, the live co-build sessions, the library of builds, and ongoing template-kit updates stop at the end of your billing period.
About the co-build sessions:
- Co-builds run on a set schedule, twice a week, via video call
- All sessions are recorded; if you cannot make one live, you can watch the recording on your own time
- Come to as many or as few as you like; there is nothing to book and nothing to forfeit
6. Refund Policy

10. Use of AI Tools
We use AI tools in the creation, delivery, and operation of our products and services:
- Claude by Anthropic is used as a development and operational tool. Claude Code (the CLI tool) is central to how we build and maintain our systems, and it is the tool we teach you to use in the course. The Anthropic Claude API also powers the AI-guided conversation in the Root Scan tool on this website.
- We use the Anthropic API under Anthropic's Commercial Terms. How Anthropic handles API data is documented in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum.
- Under those terms, Anthropic may not train models on customer content.
- AssemblyAI is used for voice transcription in the Root Scan tool. When you tap the microphone, your audio is sent to AssemblyAI to be converted into text and is not stored by us. How AssemblyAI handles audio is documented in their privacy policy.
- Root Scan storage. Your Root Scan conversation, diagnosis, and results are stored in our Supabase database (EU, Frankfurt) so you can return to your scan. Anonymous scans are keyed only to a session ID with no personal identifier. Logged-in scans are linked to your account. See our privacy policy for full details and your deletion rights.
- Course content, templates, and communications may be created with AI assistance. All materials are reviewed and approved by Maaria Tiensivu.
- During Membership sessions, AI tools may be used live as part of the build process. This is a feature of the service, not incidental.
The course teaches you to use these same tools to build your own system. You are responsible for your own AI tool subscriptions, API usage, and compliance with the terms of any tools you choose to use.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Four Languages Root System is an educational product. Results depend on your effort, circumstances, and application.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, income, or results
- Our course and services are educational and informational, not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic)
- Our total liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the amount you paid for that product
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
For EU consumers: You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
