You are building something real.

Your clients, through your AI

The same engine that answers your visitors can serve your clients. Turn your method into a small AI product you own, gate it, meter it, price it.

After this module: You have one client-facing AI product of your own, running on your method, in your brand, gated to the right people, its cost capped, and priced on the value it gives.

This module's pack

Module 10 pack: your AI products

Two quiz starters (the just-for-fun one and the lead-gen one), the follow-up sequence sender (one AI call, personal emails at zero cost after), the client-companion function with its cost limits built in, the pricing worksheet, and seven guides. The fun quiz even runs on its own, before your website exists.

Guides (7 + worksheet)

Guides 91 to 95 plus 106 and 109: one engine many faces  ·  your fun quiz  ·  your lead-gen quiz  ·  the client companion  ·  price it, meter it, own it  ·  one AI call, a personal sequence  ·  never drop a result  ·  plus the pricing worksheet with the exact queries

Pages (3)

The fun quiz (works with zero backend, shipped quizzing the Four Languages as the example)  ·  the lead-gen quiz (open questions, result by email)  ·  the members-only companion page

Functions (3, two with grounding files = 5 files)

quiz-result, which saves the lead, answers the page in seconds, and writes + emails the reading in the background with a stored personalization extract  ·  quiz-sequence-processor, the day 1/3/5 follow-up sender rendering personal emails from that extract with no AI at send  ·  client-companion, with the daily cap and monthly ceiling enforced before any paid call, and every exchange metered

Database (6)

Six migrations: quiz_leads  ·  the quiz rate limit  ·  the companion usage and metering tables  ·  the sequence columns (extract, stage, clock)  ·  the hourly sender schedule  ·  the 15-minute recovery net

Website basics (8)

The Module 6 brand and shared files, copied verbatim (tokens, typography, Karla, favicon, og image, styles, loader) plus the preview script, so the fun quiz stands on its own before your site exists

Setup (4)

README.md with the install order and both start paths  ·  config.toml  ·  .env.example  ·  .gitignore

Email (4)

The result email plus two follow-ups, with the wiring note for your sequence processor

Before you start

You already have everything this needs. In Module 9 you built the assistant engine. Across Parts 1 and 2 you built your login, your member tiers, and your checkout. This module points those same pieces at your clients instead of your site visitors. You add no new setup, only a new face on the engine you already own. Time-wise, the six lessons are an easy read, and each of the two builds (the quiz, the client companion) is its own working session with Claude, not a same-afternoon add-on. Plan one sitting per build.

One habit carries straight over from Module 9: put the cost limits in first. A tool your clients use every day gets opened far more than a public one, so a daily cap per person and a ceiling on the monthly spend are part of the build, not something you bolt on after a scary bill. Lesson 3 shows you exactly where they go.

👇 After this module

You have one small AI product of your own, running on your method. A quiz that turns a curious stranger into a warm lead, or a private companion your clients open between sessions, gated behind your login, with its cost capped, and priced on the value it gives.

What you'll do in this module

What you'll leave with

  • One client-facing AI product live, in your brand, on your method
  • A quiz on your site that saves every finish as a lead with a first email
  • A companion only your paying clients can open, capped so it can't surprise you
  • A per-client cost you can read to the cent
  • Two clear ways to price it: inside your top tier, or on its own
  • Full ownership: your method, your data, no per-message rent

Why this matters

This module turns your method into a product you own, gated, metered, and priced. The engine that answers strangers on your site becomes the one that serves your clients. The quiet fear underneath the whole AI conversation, that it makes you less present with the people you serve, turns over here: your AI carries your method into the days between sessions, so your clients feel held and you are freer to actually be with them. That is the thing no platform can hand you, because the method is yours.

Start here

Lesson 1: One engine, many faces

The engine from Module 9 becomes a client product by changing who it serves and what it can see.
Your framework as a quiz turns a curious stranger into a warm lead, saved in your own list.
The client companion carries your method into the days between sessions, only for people who pay.
Cost limits go in from the start: a daily cap per person and a ceiling on the monthly spend.
You own it, and you price it on the value it gives, not the cents it costs.
1Pick which to build first: the quiz, the companion, or both.
2Turn your framework into a short quiz that saves every finish as a lead with a first email.
3Build the client companion behind your login, with a daily limit per person and a monthly spend cap.
4Read its logs to see the real cost per client.
5Choose how you package it: inside your top tier, or a standalone product through your checkout.
