You are building something real.

Show what you built, then sell it

Your system is your best sales asset. Turn it into a demo, price your work with intent, and let happy clients bring you the next ones.

After this module: You have a priced offer page live, a ten-minute demo of your own system, and a referral system quietly running, so the work you built starts bringing you the next client.

The ten-minute demo-script outline with the shot list  ·  two referral asks with when-to-send notes  ·  the testimonial consent capture  ·  the recap email  ·  the launch-calendar quarter grid

Skills (3) + README

referral-sweep, which reads your CRM for recent wins and suggests who to thank or ask this week  ·  ai-image and ai-video, which generate visuals with your own key and save them to your content folder. Plus the README that maps the whole pack.

Website basics (8)

The Module 6 brand and shared files, copied verbatim, plus the preview script, so both pages open in the brand straight from the zip

The 10-Hour Week (11)

The work-hours tracker from Lesson 7, self-contained in its own folder: the ActivityWatch ingest and worklog scripts, two database migrations, the login-gated dashboard, and its own SETUP-GUIDE. Nothing leaves your Mac but the hours

Before you start

This module turns what you already built into the things that sell it. Your demo comes from the client product you made in Module 10. Your offer page uses the checkout you set up in Part 2. Your referral system lives in the relationships home from Part 2. Two lessons do ask for a small setup: Lesson 5 uses an account with an image provider, with a payment card on it (about 15 minutes to create), and Lesson 7's 10-Hour Week tracker is a one-time install of about thirty minutes. Both are optional. Everything else points existing pieces at one job: bringing you the next client.

One honest note runs through the whole module. The machine that actually sells your work is relationships and rooms, not a funnel that runs itself. The tools here make the ask easy and the follow-through reliable, and you still show up. That is the point, not a workaround.

👇 After this module

You have a ten-minute demo that doubles as your best sales pitch, an offer page priced with intent, and a referral system that turns happy clients into the next ones, all running on the system you already own.

What you'll do in this module

What you'll leave with

  • A ten-minute demo of your own system, live or recorded once
  • Your positioning drawn from the real questions strangers asked
  • An offer page live with a real price through your existing checkout
  • A calculator that shows a client the tools your system replaces
  • A referral ask and testimonial capture running in your CRM, consent recorded
  • A weekly rhythm you can keep, and your clients can copy
  • Your system generating images and short videos with your own key, for cents

Why this matters

You spent two parts building a system that runs your business. The quiet risk is that it stays invisible, a beautiful engine no one sees. This module makes it visible and makes it earn. The demo becomes the funnel, the price reflects the value, and the referral becomes a system instead of a hope. Your best marketing was never a campaign, it was the thing you built, working in front of someone.

Start here

Lesson 1: The demo is the funnel

Your system, working in front of someone, is a stronger pitch than any slide about AI.
The questions your assistant logged are your positioning research, already collected.
Price on the outcome and the relationship, and show the cost of the tools you replace.
Referral becomes a system when the ask is timed, the consent is recorded, and the follow-up surfaces on its own.
One room, one recap, one next step, one offer is a rhythm you can keep and your clients can copy.
Your system generates the images and short videos your launches need, with your own key, for cents per image and about a dollar per clip.
A visible weekly cap keeps the building from eating the selling, and the evening from eating into your rest.
1Build a ten-minute walkthrough of your system from your Module 10 product.
2Pull your assistant's logged questions and let them shape the demo and your positioning.
3Put a real price on a real offer page through your existing checkout, with a replacement calculator beside it.
4Set up a referral ask and testimonial capture in your CRM, with consent recorded.
5Choose your one weekly room and write the one-next-step recap that follows it.
6Set up one AI media provider from Guide 107, generate a hero image for your offer page, and put it live.
7Install The 10-Hour Week, set your weekly cap, and let the tracker show you whether you sold or just built.
