Founders Who Claude Code Session Recap

Four founders showing each other what they built, and none of them are developers. The whole session is here, and each demo is cut out on its own so you can go straight to whoever you want to see. The May session is further down.

The whole session, on video

The whole thing, 73 minutes, all four demos and the questions in between. If you only have time for one of them, each demo is cut out on its own further down.

Every one of these got built around a business that was already running.

Sophie Bachmann
Sophie Bachmann | Founder of Zen & Go

What did Sophie build?

Sophie trains emotional intelligence for corporate teams, and joined about three months ago knowing nothing about Claude. She watched the last showcase thinking she could never do that in the time. Her old site was clean and quiet, and the company leaders and HR people she sells to kept asking the same thing: this is nice, but what is she actually doing?

What she shipped

  • A new site that answers the question, positioning emotional intelligence against AI rather than beside it: the one skill you cannot automate, trained in eight weeks
  • A digital companion for that eight week course, launching in autumn with the next cohort, because the companies she works inside will not let her record the sessions and anyone who missed one was left out
  • A live quiz with a host view and a participant view, built from the root system template, which replaced Mentimeter
  • A dashboard she opens every morning: the day's plan, who to reach out to, her content pipeline, the funnel, the CRM, and how much she has worked
It feels like finally I have the structured business partner, or intern, that just supports me. It knows I don't like sales, so it always tells me when I'm self sabotaging.

She set analytics up two weeks ago and says it is too early to call the numbers. What has changed already is that she publishes on a schedule she keeps.

I had no idea about Claude. Super new to everything.

Maija Morton
Maija Morton | Mindset Coach

What did Maija build?

Maija's website had been offline for about a year. She knew exactly what she wanted her brand to look like and had no idea how to execute it, so rather than put up something that was not hers, she put up nothing. She built the replacement in about a week, around the coaching she was already running.

What she shipped

  • A new site carrying her brand photos, her messaging and her offers, all of which she had been holding back from the world
  • A quiz as a lead magnet, with branded email sequences that fire on their own when somebody finishes it
  • A course platform for her group coaching, in her own brand rather than as close to it as a platform would allow
  • Tiered access inside it, so the one to one space only exists for the people who bought one to one
  • Her resource library out of Notion, with Claude reading the old workspace and rewiring every link into the new one
  • Daily check ins, habit guides, and the module where clients store evidence for a new belief, which is the mechanism her work runs on
I was probably a bit nervous, because I'm not someone who's into coding. Building my first website two years ago, I found it so overwhelming.
It's limitless to what I'm going to keep building. I'm just like, when can I create time to build something else next?

Elizabeth
Elizabeth | Founder of Journee Girls Club

What did Elizabeth build?

Elizabeth runs an online community for female founders full time, earns on LinkedIn as a B2B content creator, runs a speed friending event, and has another launch coming. She took the DIY course and built the whole thing herself. None of it is a website. It is all back office, and it runs locally on her own machine.

What she shipped

  • One dashboard across every business, revenue on the front page and a page of its own for each
  • A morning check in that asks what is on her mind, what she is most excited to work on, and what she is avoiding
  • A task list scored for urgency and for fun, so something can be prioritised because she will enjoy it
  • Her Oura ring feeding a health snapshot, which reshuffles the day against how she actually slept
  • Three priorities and a line underneath them: finish those and it locks her out, then asks whether she is done or has energy for the two below
  • A done list that keeps everything she has finished, because a ticked task that vanishes takes the reward with it
  • Members per tier, intake targets and member health, plus a prediction of who joins next that has been landing accurately
As a solo founder I have nobody telling me what to do. All of that lived in my brain before.

Mid launch week, the platform she wrote her newsletter in changed its interface and locked her out. She had already given Claude her past newsletters, so she rewrote the send from her own material and kept the week.

It's not just what I've built, it's what I've taken off my plate.

Sabrina
Sabrina | Sales Process Consultant

What did Sabrina build?

Sabrina either fixes a business owner's sales process or steps in and runs it. Every new client starts with a ninety minute kickoff, and she turned that kickoff into something anybody can do on their own. She thinks of a sales process as a river: the leads are the rain, the stages are the water, and the job is finding where it leaks.

What she shipped

  • A Sales Flow Audit anyone can take, the smaller version of the kickoff she runs with clients
  • The whole flow on her own domain and her own database, with the consent step she needs in Germany
  • A confirmation email and sequence through Resend, replacing the platform that had quietly stopped working under a post that went viral
  • A habits and support section, because a sales process runs on the person, and business owners are their own most important resource
  • An analysis you download as a text file with a prompt to paste into whichever AI you use, which hands back three work packages in priority order
  • A new offer on the back of it, a sixty to ninety minute Sales Flow Session, with Stripe wired in
Doing the DIY gives you so much confidence and so much knowledge. Now I'm on an eye level with my clients, or even teaching them.

She had built the first version on a vibe coding platform, then imported the code and rebuilt it on her own hosting, so the only thing she pays for now is the domain.

Everything is hosted on my database, which is very helpful for the GDPR side.
