The first one takes an evening: a conversation that asks about your business and about the quiz you want. Your first call opens in week 3, while it is still being built, and the second is in week 4. The third takes a few minutes once the files are in your hands.
A conversation asks about your business one question at a time, then about who takes your quiz and what it tells them. You paste what your quiz and your page get built from. That unlocks your first call, which you book four weeks out.

The files go onto the host you choose, and the database is already in your name. From there the quiz is live and the answers come to you.

The minute you pay, one link lands: your garden. The conversation starts there.
- The link opens your space, no password to invent.
- A chat asks about your business one question at a time, and it is AI rather than me, so talk to it the way you would talk to me.
- Then it asks about the quiz: who takes it, what it sorts them into, what the result says, and what lands in their inbox after.
- If you already have the questions, paste them, and if you do not, the conversation pulls them out of you.
- Paste your links, send it over, and your calls unlock.

Week 3, we go through it together
Your first call opens in week 3, before it is finished, so what you say on it still changes what gets built.
- Two calls, an hour each: the quiz, the result, the emails and the page.
- We take your quiz together, question by question, and you say what is off.
- The changes get made there and then, while we are both looking at it.
- On the second we send a test answer through and watch it arrive: the result, the email, the row in your database.
- You leave with the finished files and the templates they were built from.
You upload it, and the answers come to you
The quiz, the result and the page are files you own. The database and the sending address are set up in your name, so what comes in is already yours.
- Your own site at yoursite.com/your-quiz, or a host that gives it a real URL the same day.
- The answers land in a database with your name on it, yours to read, export or delete.
- The emails after go out from your own address, so a reply comes back to you.
- The consent tick sits there unticked, and the person taking your quiz is the one who ticks it.
- We walk through all of it on the second call, screen shared, until it is live.
Yours will not look like the ones below. Those are the templates it gets built from, and yours comes out in your own brand, your colours, your words. You get the templates too, so you can make a second quiz or change this one yourself with the DIY.

Change a question, reword the result, put a new headline in. Open the file in any text editor, type over the words, and save it. Then upload it to your host the same way you would upload a photo, through whatever file manager your host gives you.
No platform in the middle, no seat, and nothing standing between you and your own list. If you would rather have Claude make the change, it can. The point is that it does not have to.
And if you carry on, the course platform, the CRM and the dashboard all start from these same templates and from the brand and the answers you have already given, so what you build next comes out looking like the quiz you already have.
