You own everything
Most people who build a system like this keep the keys: a monthly fee, and a login only they hold.
When we are done you hold all of it: the files, the logins, the accounts in your own name, billed to you directly.
You can open any of it, ask your system why a piece works the way it does, and change it.
The rented version of this runs €2,400 to €5,600 a year, for as long as you stay. Owned, it runs on €300 to €1,200 a year.
What it costs to run
Because you own it, you pay the tools directly, not us. There is no monthly fee to The Four Languages once the build is done. Most of what runs your system is free.
Your hosting
Your own host, your own domain. You already choose where your site lives.
Claude Code
The engine that runs and edits your system. What we use and teach; any capable AI coding tool works similarly.
Supabase
Your database, forms and logins. The free tier covers everything at your scale.
Resend
Your emails. Free up to about 3,000 a month, around €20 for 50,000.
How smart your quiz is, is your call
Questions
Your brand and your strategy, and a few hours on calls. You bring who you are and who you serve. Everything downstream from that is us.
Your brand, your positioning, your strategy. We build on what you bring, we do not invent it. That work is yours, and it is the part that makes the rest sound like you and not like everyone else.
Two full rounds on every deliverable. You look, you tell us what to shift, we shift it, twice. In practice we tend to go further, but two is what is written down so we both know where we stand.
Root Page goes live in 4 weeks, Root Product in 6, a Root System half in 10, and both halves in 3 months. The clock starts at kick-off, once your content and your credentials are in. On the first call we put a real date on your calendar, and on the bigger builds what we finish in the agreed window is what ships.
You can have it, as its own line with its own price, agreed before anyone starts building it. We say this out loud on the first call so it is never an awkward conversation halfway through. The written list is the build, and anything else is a new decision we both make on purpose.
A fixed number of calls, agreed at the start, and your materials sent over between them. The rest happens on our side. After handover it needs you daily, in small ways: that is the system working, not admin. A system you never open is just a nice-looking folder.
One business per build. Two brands sharing one system ends up serving neither of them well, and the second one always arrives halfway through as a small favour that is not small. If you have two, we build one properly and talk about the other after.
No. You do not build anything yourself. You are in the calls, so you understand how it runs, and the building is ours.
Then you know exactly what you are getting, and the calls move faster. The course comes with the build either way, so you always have it to fall back on.
