I founded The Four Languages in 2023 to help people grow without rigid routines or expert-worship, through curiosity and low-risk experiments instead. From the very beginning this was a dance between human coaching (1:1 and community) as well as digital tools to help people design and track their weekly experiments across the four languages.
After 2 years of running the community and integrating AI in the practice I am now grateful to be helping people not only practice the four in their daily life, but integrate it seamlessly in their personal AI systems that facilitate their work and life.
With my husband Josué Citalán (lawyer and AI compliance expert) we support intentional practitioners like coaches and consultants in creating ethical, and intentional AI systems that increase not only their quality of work, but quality of life as a whole.
Location-independent since 2018 across Europe and Latin America: Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, and now Brazil.
