Build your dashboard 📊

Everything you have built across Modules 1, 2, and 3 lives inside your root system as files. Your dashboard turns those files into something you can see: built from your own system, your data, your brand, not a template you install.

Build your dashboard

Type this in your terminal:

/dashboard-builder

Your system will audit everything you built in Modules 1 through 3, ask you what matters most in your daily view, and then build a personalized dashboard with your brand colors and font. Every person's dashboard is different.

The dashboard builder will walk you through six steps:

1. AUDIT

Your system reads everything you have built. Fact files, daily logs, contacts, content, protocols. It tells you what is there.

2. DISCOVER

You tell it what matters in your daily view. Tasks? Contacts? Energy tracking? Content ideas? Not everyone needs the same tabs.

3. FLOW

Your system extracts real data from your files and creates the connections between your daily work and your dashboard.

4. BRAND

Your colors and your font. The dashboard looks like your brand, not like a generic template.

5. LAUNCH

Your dashboard goes live locally. You see everything you built, in one place, for the first time.

6. CONNECT

Your morning protocol, your CRM, your content vault all get connected to the dashboard. When you update your system, your dashboard updates too.

This is a conversation, not an install

The dashboard builder will ask you questions and build based on your answers. Take your time with it. The more specific you are about what you want to see every day, the more useful your dashboard will be.

Next Lesson

Open it, and open it again tomorrow 🔑

Your dashboard is a single file on your machine. You open it the way you open a photo: double-click it. It runs offline in your browser, and there is nothing to install or sign into. This lesson covers opening it the first time, reopening it as part of your day, and the three things to check on a morning it does not look right.

How to open it

In your project folder, open body/dashboard/ and double-click index.html. It opens in your browser. Every tab is there. The ones without data yet sit on an honest empty state until you feed them.

That is the whole thing. If you ever want a view that refreshes on its own while you work, guide 11 shows you the one optional command for it. You do not need it to start.

The daily loop

Morning:Run your morning protocol. It creates your daily plan, logs your energy, and sets your tasks.

During the day:Work through your tasks. Log activities with the people you talk to. Save content ideas as they come.

Evening:Run your evening protocol. It reflects on the day, updates your data, and prepares for tomorrow.

Reopen:Double-click the dashboard again, or reload the tab. Claude Code is the input. The dashboard is the output.

If it does not look right

Three things go wrong, and each has a one-line fix. You will not need more than these.

A tab is blank:A blank tab is the shipped state. It lights up once that part of your system has data. Run the skill that feeds it (your morning protocol for Today, /crm for your people) a few times, then reload the page.

The data looks old:The browser is showing a cached copy. Reload the page. On a Mac, Cmd+Shift+R forces a fresh read. Your files are already current. You just need to tell the browser to look again.

It will not open:Check that you double-clicked index.html, the file, rather than the dashboard folder. It opens in your default browser. If the layout looks off, ask Claude Code to open your dashboard and fix what is broken. It reads the file and edits it in place.

Your day, your rhythm ☀️

Two tabs, one thread: your day and the pattern your days make. The Today tab holds right now, what is on your plate and how your energy is. The Rhythm tab holds what those days look like stacked together over weeks.

The Today tab

Your daily operating view. It shows your tasks, your energy level, and your plan for the day. It only works if there is data to read.

What feeds the Today tab

Morning protocol:Every time you run /morning, it creates your daily plan, sets your energy level, and writes tasks to your system.

Daily tasks:Your tasks live in daily_tasks.json. The dashboard reads this file and shows your to-do list.

Energy tracking:Your energy rating from morning check-ins shows up as the daily energy indicator.

Cycle and tarot (optional):These two cards are off by default. If you want a cycle rhythm card or a daily tarot draw, say yes when /dashboard-builder asks, and it turns them on. The screenshot above shows them switched on.

Activate your Today tab

Open Claude Code in your project folder and run your morning protocol a few times:

/morning

Complete the check-in, add tasks, rate your energy. Then reload your dashboard. The Today tab should now show your plan, energy level, and task list.

Add your work board

Your Today tab has room for a simple work board: three columns, To Do, In Progress, Done, for the projects and drafts that span more than a day. It is separate from your daily tasks. This is the "what am I actually working on right now" view.

You talk, Claude writes the card, and the board renders at the top of your Today tab. You can drag cards in the browser to see a change, but tell Claude to move it if you want it to stick: the file is the source of truth, the dashboard is the view.

The Rhythm tab

Watch: Your four languages, over time (1:00)

The four languages across your week: soul, mind, heart, and body tracked over time

This is where you see yourself over time. Your energy levels, your four languages balance, your session history. Every morning and evening check-in feeds this tab.

What feeds the Rhythm tab

Morning protocol:Your energy rating and four languages check-in each morning.

Evening protocol:Your end-of-day reflection, energy, and what you accomplished.

Session logs:Every /save-session writes a session log with your four languages state.

Where this data comes from

Your morning and evening protocols were set up in Module 3. Every time you check in, your system captures how you are feeling across all four languages. The Rhythm tab turns that into a visual pattern over days and weeks. If your Rhythm tab is empty, run a few morning and evening check-ins first.

A conversation, twice a day

You are not logging data into a form. You are having a conversation with your system twice a day. The Rhythm tab is what that conversation looks like over time. The patterns emerge from how you naturally check in, not from filling in fields.

Your people

Watch: Relationships, not a CRM (0:54)

Two tabs, one purpose: making your relationships visible. The Relationships tab shows your contacts and pipeline. The Network tab shows your broader connections, classified by fit.

Relationships tab

This is your CRM view. It shows the people you are actively building relationships with: contacts, activities, pipeline stages. Every person you add and every interaction you log shows up here.

Where this data comes from

Your contacts were set up in Module 1 during onboarding (seed contacts) and in Module 2 when you started using /crm. Every person you added and every interaction you logged feeds this tab. If your Relationships tab is empty, go back to Module 2 and add a few contacts first.

Network tab

This is your broader view. It shows connections imported from LinkedIn, classified by how well they match your ideal client profile. Strong matches surface first.

Where this data comes from

Your LinkedIn connections were imported in Module 2 using /import-linkedin. Claude classified each connection by ICP fit. If you have not imported your connections yet, go back to Module 2 and run the import first. The Network tab needs that data to show anything.

Reload to see changes

Your dashboard reads from your local files. When you add a contact or log an activity, the file updates immediately. To see it in your dashboard, reload the page (Cmd+Shift+R for a hard refresh that clears the cache). Your data is always current. You just need to tell the browser to look again.

Your words

The Inspiration tab is where your content rhythm work from Module 3 becomes visible. It shows your content pillars, voice profile, and saved ideas. Everything you need when you sit down to create.

What feeds the Inspiration tab

Content analysis:When you run /content-analysis, Claude studies your existing content and identifies your natural themes, tone, and patterns.

Voice profile:Your writing voice, distilled into something Claude can reference whenever it writes for you.

Content vault:Every idea you save with /content-vault shows up here. Your running list of things to write about.

Where this data comes from

Your content pillars, voice profile, and idea vault were all built in Module 3 during the content rhythm lessons. If your Inspiration tab is empty, go back to Module 3 and run /content-analysis (for pillars and voice) and save a few ideas with /content-vault. The dashboard reads directly from those files.

Your content calendar

Watch: A vault so you actually post (1:05)

The Content tab shows your content calendar, scheduled posts, and publishing history. Everything you planned and created in the Module 3 content rhythm lessons, visible in one view.

Where this data comes from

Your content calendar was built in Module 3 during the content rhythm lessons. Your vault ideas, your posting schedule, and your content pillars all feed this tab. If your Content tab is empty, go back to Module 3 and run /content-week to set up your weekly rhythm.

These two tabs are your creative launchpad

When you sit down to create, open Inspiration and Content first. Your pillars remind you what you write about. Your voice profile keeps you consistent. Your vault gives you ideas, and the calendar shows you when each one is going out. No more staring at a blank page.

Next Lesson

Make it yours 🛠️

Your dashboard is a file you own, not a product you rent. You can change what it shows, add a tab, remove one, recolor it, all by asking Claude Code in plain language. This is the moment it stops being the dashboard the course shipped and becomes yours.

Add a tab

Say what you want to see and where. Claude reads your dashboard and adds the tab in the same style as the rest, then edits it in place. It never starts over.

Remove a tab

You do not need every tab. If you do not run a course, hide the Students tab. If you never bill by the hour, hide the Time tab. Keep the view to what you actually use.

Change the colors

The dashboard uses the Four Languages palette. If you want your own brand colors, ask Claude, or edit the color block at the top of index.html yourself.

Two tabs you switch on when you want them

Your pack ships two optional tabs beyond the ones you have already lit up. Add them the same way, when you are ready.

About tab:Run /about-page-builder and it adds an About tab to your dashboard, folding in the About page you built back in Module 1. One place that holds who you are, next to everything you do.

Time tab:A consultant time tracker with a live timer and a 24-hour week calendar of billable and non-billable hours. Your pack ships it as an open-and-use page plus a paste-in tab; guide 11b walks you through adding it.

The file is the source of truth

Every change lives in the file on your machine. The dashboard is yours to keep and to move wherever you go, with no subscription and nobody who can switch it off.

The dashboard tabs you can turn on: Today, Relationships, Network, Rhythm, Time, and more

All your tabs are populated with your real data. This is your system, visualized: your actual root system reflected back to you, built from what you have lived and logged rather than a template.

How it grows over time

At first:Basic data. A few tasks, a few contacts, first energy readings. The dashboard is sparse but functional.

Month 1:Patterns emerge. Energy trends become visible. Your pipeline has real movement. Content ideas accumulate.

Month 3:Deep self-knowledge. You can see which language gets neglected, when your energy peaks, who your strongest connections are, and what content resonates. The system knows you.

See what keeps showing up

Back in Module 2 you met the patterns layer: the quiet observations your system records about you at each save, in your own words, for you to confirm or dismiss. Your energy tells, your repeated choices, the phrases you keep reaching for. Your /patterns skill is how you step back and read across all of that at once. It does not record automatically; the per-save noticing already happened. If it surfaces a clear new observation it offers to save it, and you say yes or no; by default it stays read-only. This is the reading, not the noticing.

Give it a timeframe and it pulls together your daily logs, your saved learnings, those recorded observations, and your CRM if you have one, then reflects back the themes you are too close to see and ends with one concrete thing to try. You built the mirror; this is how you hold it up.

Read across your last few weeks

/patterns

Ask "run patterns on the last two weeks." A short report comes back: what keeps showing up, and one thing to try. It gets sharper the more history it has to read, so it rewards a monthly habit.

Part 1 checklist

Before moving to Part 2, make sure everything is in place:

-Your root file (CLAUDE.md) loads correctly when you open Claude Code?

-Memory system set up with all working layers (patterns, learnings, facts, pads, history)?

-Morning and evening protocols running?

-At least a few days of daily check-ins logged?

-Dashboard launches locally and all your tabs have data?

If something is incomplete, go back and finish it. Part 2 assumes you have a working root file, memory system, daily rhythm, and a populated dashboard.
