This page, the dashboards, the CRMs, the lead magnets you see in the showcase, all built with Claude Code inside the system you'll build.

The system makes your life and business sharper, part by part. You pick up Claude Code as you go, while you build the thing you actually need. By the end you own everything: CRM, dashboard, lead magnets, course platform, automations. No Kajabi. No Buffer. No Notion-as-a-database. Just Claude Pro, hosting, and a folder that gets smarter every day you use it.

Part 1 | Mind

Build Your System

Local-first. Everything lives on your computer. You set up the folders, train the memory, write the protocols, and end with a working dashboard fed by your real life.

Module1
Onboarding

your root system knows you

Your root system learns who you are: what you value, how you work, how you sound, where you are headed. Then it writes your first real page from what it knows.

If you already have years of writing, decks, and voice notes, there is a clean way to import all of it, and Claude walks you through each step. Nothing here has to be perfect on day one. The system grows from your answers, and it deepens the more you use it.

What you build

  • Claude Code installed and running on your machine (what the course teaches; any capable AI coding tool works too)
  • Your root file (CLAUDE.md) written, with your goals and current state
  • Fact files populated: identity, goals, current state, rhythms
  • Your first knowledge imported and indexed, from your own notes, docs, and transcripts
  • Your about page in your own voice, generated from your root system (it becomes your dashboard's first tab in Module 4, and goes on the web in Part 2)
The about page is created based on the things that you train it. You don't really need to do it yourself.
Module2
Memory

It learns. It deepens.

Your root system gets smarter every time you use it. A layered memory that knows what to keep and what to let go, and a CRM that lives in your own files, holding the people you work with.

This is the part most different from using Claude any other way. You learn which files guide Claude and which ones it uses as content, what loads automatically and what loads only when a task calls for it. With regular Claude you can't really control any of that. Here you can. You decide, you can audit, and when it drifts you find the file and change it. That is why the system actually gets accurate.

What you build

  • A layered memory system that knows what to keep and what to let go
  • Your fact files filled in across all four languages: identity, business, preferences, decisions
  • A routing layer, the map and the terrain, so Claude loads what a task needs and not the whole archive
  • A CRM in your own files: contacts, promises, and the next steps Claude keeps for you
  • Your LinkedIn network imported and classified by dream-client fit
  • A permission list you have read and chosen on purpose
You have control over what it remembers, how it remembers. If you notice it goes rogue, you can ask where it is, find it, and change it.
Module3
Protocols

Your rhythm, your way

Morning protocols, evening protocols, energy tracking, a two-minute daily check-in across all four languages. Your root system fits into your life, not the other way around.

You can run them light, and skip parts when the week is heavy. This is also where you learn the four layers your system runs on, memory, rules, skills, and hooks, and build your first ones.

What you build

  • Morning and evening protocols running every day
  • Your energy, cycle, and Four Languages check-in tracked automatically
  • A content rhythm with your voice profile and pillars defined
  • A clear sense of when to reach for memory, rules, skills, or hooks
  • At least one custom rule and one custom skill of your own
  • Your voice-gate hook installed and catching slips automatically
  • The data behind your Rhythm and Inspiration tabs, ready for the dashboard you build in Module 4
The more time you put into it, the better it gets. But you can't do all of it at once, obviously.
Module4
Dashboard

You see your patterns

Your dashboard goes live with your real data. Each tab is a window into a different part of your system. You launch it, feed every tab, and see the full picture of what you built in Modules 1 to 3. Part 1 is complete.

Every tab is a template you can change. Add one for what only you need (your tarot, your training plan, your F1 calendar, a Stripe feed), remove one you do not, recolor it. The dashboard reads straight from the data your system already holds.

What you build

  • Your dashboard live with your real data, not a template
  • Every tab you feed, populated: Today, Relationships, Network, Rhythm, Time, Inspiration, Content, About, Students
  • Funnel and Sequences ship too, and sit at zero until Part 2 lights them up
  • A Time tab: a consultant time tracker with a live timer and a week calendar on a 24-hour clock, hours billable and non-billable, with totals by client and an optional rate for billable value
  • A daily workflow that loops through morning protocol, the dashboard, and evening reflection
  • Part 1 complete, and a clear view of what Part 2 builds on top
You can modify everything. Kanbans, your cycle, your days, your tarot, whatever you want. It's a template you can use.

Part 2 | Body

Run Your Business

This is the plumbing. Move from local to hosted. Database, deployment, scaffolding for everything you'll publish, a CRM you actually want to use.

Module5
Infrastructure

Everything connected, once

The minimum stack that powers a business online. Domain, hosting, database, email delivery, payments. You set it up once, and it runs from here.

The database here is the same kind that powers the tools you already pay for. Safe, free to start, mostly invisible once it is set up. You stop owning a folder on one laptop and start owning real infrastructure. The next three modules build on what you set up here.

What you build

  • A domain and hosting of your own, chosen and connected
  • A hosted database (Supabase) running in the EU region you pick, free tier
  • Branded transactional emails sending from your own domain through Resend
  • Edge functions deployed for any web signup: lead magnets, waitlists, event RSVPs
  • Payments wired with Stripe, including webhook auto-onboarding
  • Your dashboard upgraded to read live data, not static files
These are really safe and well established. It's just a setup question.
Module6
Website

Ship your business

Your website, live in your brand, on your domain. The pages your audience actually touches, the emails they receive, the sign-in flow, the place your course lives. You pick what fits, and less is better.

After this, deploy is one word. Your content, brand, and offerings already live in your folder, so Claude pulls from them directly and every page arrives already in your voice. You stop building from scratch, and you own all of it, with nothing to rent.

What you build

  • Your site live on your domain, in your brand: homepage, about, services, contact, and the marketing pages you choose
  • A sign-in flow: login, signup, password reset, email confirm
  • A member area handled with care: dashboard, account hub, billing, email preferences, help
  • Your course released the way you want it, drip, cohort, or all at once, with lessons that hold video, audio, downloads, and code
  • Seven branded, inline-styled email templates, from confirmation to post-event follow-up
  • A tier system that gates free, paid, and member content
You just say "deploy", and it puts it there on your website.

Halfway in, your business already runs on the system you built. Six modules to go.

Module7
CRM

Your clients, your relationships, remembered

Your own CRM, refined. It runs on files you own, so your data is always yours to take. Every email, call, and DM on one timeline, the ones that arrive on their own and the ones you paste in, tracked the way you actually think about people.

You already have a CRM from Part 1. This is where it grows up. A morning briefing that names the one conversation to have today. A nightly scan that flags the cards going cold. Sequences in your own voice. Booking wired in, so one booking sets off everything after it.

What you build

  • A refined CRM with the statuses, fields, and views that match how you sell
  • Promises tracked as first-class data: what you said, by when, what you owe
  • One timeline per contact: emails, calls, and DMs in a single view
  • Sequences written in your own voice, not Mailchimp's, sent from your own system
  • Follow-ups that happen without you remembering, and a nightly scan that flags stale cards
  • A morning briefing that names the one conversation to have today
  • Booking wired in with Cal.com, so a booking triggers everything after it
  • Your funnel, in your own numbers
  • Full export rights, your data, always yours
You essentially create the next version of your CRM, and how to use it in daily life.
Module8
Automations

Your repetitive work, handled

Stop repeating yourself. You build skills and workflows so the work you do the same way every time runs itself, and you keep your attention for the work that actually needs you.

This is also where you run the full system audit, the graduation gate for Part 2: installs, database, email, payments, edge functions, CRM, website, security, and GDPR, all checked green. And where your invoices, the ones you receive and the ones you send, start handling themselves on your terms.

What you build

  • Custom skills running on one-word triggers, for the work you do the same way every time
  • Workflows that run end-to-end without you, from idea to scheduled social post
  • A content engine in two modes, one for when you have energy and one for when you don't
  • Optional: Postiz scheduling Instagram and LinkedIn from your own terminal, no Buffer subscription
  • Your money handled: the invoices you receive filed, and the ones you send going out on your terms
  • A clear map of when to reach for a skill, a helper, a team, or a workflow
  • A green system audit across your whole system, the graduation gate for Part 2
You don't only have a system that's running. You're informed if something doesn't work the way it should.

Part 3 | Heart

Share Your System

Your system turns outward. An AI assistant on your own site in your voice, AI products your clients use directly, a demo that sells the work you built, and a safe home for the people you work with, from a scoped teammate to each of your clients.

Module9
Your chatbot

Your chatbot, from your root

This is the assistant that lives in the corner of every page and answers your visitors, grounded only in your own published content, in your voice, with links to the real pages. It is a native output of your root system, not a rented chatbot you train on uploads. The same content that runs your business answers your visitors.

It refuses anything off topic and offers a call instead, so it stays an expert on you and never wanders. You own it: your database, your code, a few cents per answer, and no per-message rent.

What you build

  • A live, on-brand assistant on your own site, in your voice
  • Answers grounded only in your content, each one linking to the real page
  • A warm refuse-and-book-a-call for anything off topic, so it never wanders
  • Full ownership: your database, your code, no per-message rent
  • A log of every question asked, and a known cost per answer in cents
  • The path to a free and a paid version from the same engine
It already knows your work and your voice, because it reads the same root that runs everything else. One root feeds all.
Module10
AI products

Your clients, through your AI

You point the engine from Module 9 at your clients. A methodology quiz that turns a curious stranger into a warm lead, or a private companion your clients open between sessions, gated behind your login, capped so it can't surprise you, and priced on the value it gives.

The quiet fear under the whole AI conversation is that it makes you less present with the people you serve. This turns that over. Your method carries into the days between sessions, so your clients feel held and you are freer to actually be with them.

What you build

  • One client-facing AI product live, in your brand, on your method
  • A quiz on your site that saves every finish as a lead, with a first email out the door
  • A companion only your paying clients can open, capped so it can't surprise you
  • A follow-up sequence: one AI call at reading time, personal emails at no cost after
  • A per-client cost you can read to the cent
  • Two clear ways to price it: inside your top tier, or on its own
Including AI touchpoints in your products isn't that difficult. There's just a few things in the background that are good to know if you're not used to building products.
Module11
Your tools

The tools you stop renting

Around every system sits a rented layer: one AI vendor, a stock library, a meeting tool, a time app. This module swaps that layer for things you own. The same folder opens in Grok and ChatGPT as well as Claude, because the system is the files, and your costs and deliverables get priced into your offering with the replacement calculator in hand.

Your system starts making its own images and short videos, from a sentence, for cents. Your Time Tracker makes your hours visible against a cap you set, and you build a live room of your own: your page, your door, your recording.

What you build

  • Your rented-stack number next to your real running costs, in one calculator
  • An offer page live with a real price and your deliverables named, through your existing checkout
  • Images for cents and short clips for about a dollar, generated with your own key
  • Your hours visible against a weekly cap you set
  • A video room of your own, with a door only the people you choose can walk through
The tool is the conversation. The system is the files.
Module12
Your people

Your people, inside your system

If you have collaborators (team, VAs, contractors, partners), this is where you give them safe, scoped access to your root system. They get the parts they need, you keep the rest, and you never hand over your keys.

The promise of the whole product was a business that runs while you live. This is where that stops being a phrase. A helper who sees the right things and nothing else, a handover you have actually tested so Monday still happens without you, and a branded Client Garden that gives each of your clients a home, from proposal to handover.

What you build

  • A helper folder with its own rules, your keys and private business kept out
  • A named agent in your system, read-only by design, reviewing changes against your rules
  • A shared online copy so two people can work in one system, and an offsite backup of whatever you chose to put in it
  • Access set by your database, matched to what each person's job needs
  • A dashboard view you can share without sharing your master keys
  • A Celebrations Keeper for the personal moments as you grow
  • A Monday-morning handover you have written down and actually tested
  • A branded Client Garden: one home per client, from proposal to handover, on your own Supabase
You'll be able to share it. If you have team members or collaborators, they can build with the same root system.
