Who Maija is

Maija is a self-leadership coach from Jersey, now based in Munich. At Maija Morton she has guided over 60 career-driven women through subconscious reprogramming, nervous-system regulation and identity work: women who want big things and keep getting stopped by perfectionism, people-pleasing and self-doubt.

This autumn she is launching Embodied Expansion, her group programme built on three pillars: Safe to Be Seen, Safe to Receive, Safe to Expand. Monthly masterclasses, group coaching and guest practitioners, and all of it needed one place to live. That place is the platform she is building.

She found her way here through Maren's build, and through the Journee Girls Club community.

Her resource library lived in Notion, 6 modules and 29 resources, and it is moving onto a platform she owns.

Alongside it, her archetype quiz: 12 questions, three archetypes, with an open field under the choices and a result page written from what each person actually answered. It feeds her email sequences, which she is building on the same system.
