Who Sophie is

Sophie runs Zen & Go, an emotional intelligence consultancy for corporate teams. Her 8-week live-online programme has run since 2019, with measured outcomes, and teams at 30+ DAX companies and SMEs have trained with her. She works between Germany and Bali.

She came into the course in May 2026 and built fast: her website moved onto her own system, a dashboard for her week, and a course platform for the programme she already teaches. The material existed before any of it, a Canva deck of 384 slides, in German. It became a course site she owns, with logins and tiered access for the companies and individuals she teaches.

What she's building right now

The course platform for her emotional intelligence programme. The course already ran live: 8 modules, in German, taught from slides and speaker notes. The platform turns that material into a course site her participants log into, with tiered access for the companies and individuals she teaches. Her next cohort starts in autumn, and the platform is what it lands on.

Alongside it, the live quiz she runs in sessions: a QR code on the screen, everyone joins from their phones, answers ranked live while the group watches. She changes the questions per session herself. She closed the last module of her spring cohort with it, and it worked.
